D.B. Productions is owned and operated by myself, Daniel Brown. I'm located in Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In High School I was improving my movie making skills; constantly thinking up scripts, and working with my friends to make them come to life. I knew I would study film in college. In 2000, I was accepted into every college I applied to, and went to my top choice, The School Of Visual Arts in New York City. In my sophomore year I became interested in non-linear editing (editing on a computer). During that time I accumulated editing software and other video tools, including a new professional camera as well. I worked for numerous video production companies doing everything from labeling tapes, to going on location and shooting with the crew. I began my own work, doing videos for friends and family: Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, weddings and so forth. Word began to spread about me. Now, I have worked on videos for musicians, athletes, entertainers, lawyers, and independent film makers among others, creating movies and DVDs.
